"Our hot tea and cold drink didn’t arrive until our food was served. Just before taking a sip of the cold drink, we discovered a hair in it, so we informed the waiter and asked for a replacement. To our surprise, there was no apology.
One of the dishes we ordered was a pork chop served with either rice or spaghetti. We specifically asked for spaghetti, but when the dish arrived, it came with rice instead. We flagged down the waitress to let her know, but instead of offering to correct the mistake, she insisted that she had written down rice, implying that we were at fault for ordering incorrectly. She also mentioned that if we wanted to replace it, we would have to wait a while.
Overall, we were unhappy with our experience and do not plan to return to this restaurant again."
