"The waiter was excellent—always efficient and friendly, kind, and gentle. The only letdown was the paella, which was quite salty. However, the rest of the dishes were seasoned perfectly. It seems they use more olive oil than you would typically find in Spain, which gives it a bit of an American twist. Overall, it's definitely the best Spanish restaurant in Vegas!"
