"I dined at the restaurant shortly after the lunch rush on a Friday in May. Our server was outstanding, and we were fortunate to get a table instead of a booth. The bread we ordered was delightful and served in a basket. The menu had a wide range of options, including chicken, steak, salads, pasta, and seafood. I suggest trying something different that you wouldn’t typically prepare at home. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, as it comes highly recommended. Our server also kindly packed up our leftovers and cheesecakes for us to take home, which was a nice gesture. The entrance doors are quite large, but some guests might need a little help getting inside. The restrooms were clean and well-kept, providing ample space for those with mobility needs. It's also worth mentioning that many servers were still wearing masks in May 2022."

"This restaurant is absolutely stunning! The dim lighting creates a romantic atmosphere, and the interior columns are exceptionally well-designed. The building has a very artistic appeal. The food is fantastic—it's not just the cheesecake that stands out! The bread served before the meal is simply heavenly; I almost fill up on it before my meal arrives. "What a magnificent treat!! OMG. My mouth is still savoring the food! And the dessert! Wanted a spur of the moment, late night dessert. My guest and I talked about what was open as a lot of places close earlier. Didn't know there was a Cheese Factory just a few minutes (20 min) away. Soooo glad we decided to come here! At 10pm, we ordered appetizers. I had the quesadilla with chicken. I cannot say enough about the flavor. And the guacamole was a generous portion! I was in guacamole heaven. I can't have caffeinated drinks and ordered a decaf coffee. My goodness! How can I describe how good that decaf was! Usually when served at a restaurant, it lacks gusto...you know, like regular coffee should taste. But here! The taste was so real that I had to ask the server if it really was decaf and was assured that it was. Now, the dessert. That's really want my guest and I came for. Wow, wow, wow! Mango key lime pie was light, airy, not over the top sweet, and the combined flavor or mango and lime was the perfect blend. So so so delicious! Wonderful aromatic tasting coffee, savory appetizer, and a mouthwatering dessert. What a great spur of the moment night! Definitely will come again."

"On my recent visit with a friend, we each ordered our own salads, shared some stuffed garlic rolls and fried zucchini, had a glass of wine, and split a piece of cheesecake—all for just $25! What a fantastic deal. I especially love this Cheesecake Factory because it's located in Victoria Gardens Outdoor Mall, allowing us to take a walk afterward to burn off some of those delicious calories. They even have a nutritional menu available, which we didn't look at, but if you're on a diet, they offer low-carb cheesecakes made with Pralenda—we opted for the Kahlua flavor, and it was amazing!"

"It seems that every other order from here is terrible. Usually, it turns out that both of our hamburgers, even though ordered medium and medium rare, are extremely well done. Today though, we had something new. It seems that they poured the oil with the french fries into the container in addition to the fries. So, I picked up my hamburger, and there was my pile of fries placed into a large serving of oil. It was disgusting. While management is usually fairly good about replacing orders, it’s about the effort. No one wants to leave the house and go pick up dinner again. Wing Factory no longer delivers. So we would have to leave, in the middle of a meal and go pick up a replacement meal for just one person. We have actually done this before with their food. We just don’t ever want to do it again. They really need to fix it. Their prices have gone up ridiculously over the last couple of years. They could at least perform for the value."

"The Pizza here is phenomenal! Their menu is huge and amazing! They have lots of selections and all of it is worth trying. The food here was really made fresh and cooked perfectly. You can find anything here to help you satisfy your cravings and their portions here are fair, you can absolutely fill your stomach up. I ordered their Italian beef sandwich, cheddar pizza, garlic Parmesan fries, and also a drink. I am amazed by their food preparation. All of my orders came on time and they creatively served all of them. Everything was hot and fresh. They made all of their food to perfection. ZZA Factory is highly recommended! This place is absolutely a gem in this area. Their staff is also great, all of them are nice, decent, friendly, and very accommodating. They all know how to treat the customers right. They really work so fast and serve so quickly. No wonder why a lot of their customers keep visiting this place just to order some food again and again. Great customer service and good management. The atmosphere at this spot is relaxing and comfortable. Perfect to go here to bring your friends and family. A great place also for gatherings, birthdays, dates, and other special events. "My husband and I went out for a late night snack and Maritza was the woman who took our order from the drive-thru. She was so pleasant and waited patiently for us to make up our minds. (I didn't know what I wanted. She greeted us at the window with a big smile and with such professionalism and just all around down to earth, COOL. We took our order and left and my husband stayed how he was blown away by her customer service. We drive back around and tipped her. She deserved that and more.You guys have a gem there working for you. I would definitely look to hire more employees like her."

"The Wing Factory offers a great selection of chicken wings, ranging from sweet and mild to extremely spicy. They also have a nice menu for kids. However, be ready for a wait when you visit. The service can be quite slow, even during less busy times, and it's not unusual to wait around 10 minutes for the staff to take your drink orders. "The food was delicious! We ordered wings, fries,cheese sticks and pizza. The cashier was really nice and patient. I put 4 stars because the place doesn't have condiments for each table, for example they to have a station with 2 bottles of cheese and a bottle of pepper but it's not to comfortable to stand up and grab them each time you need it. They might use some small packets in the station instead of the bottles. Besides that everything was fine."

"First time dining at the Cheesecake Factory. Busy Saturday night. Has to wait around 30 minutes for a table for four. Our food came out around 25 minutes after ordering it. Still hot. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta plate was good. Could've had more Cajun sauce. The chicken was breaded and fried to perfection. The Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp was very good. Spicy and sweet. The Chicken and Stea combination plate was okay. Flatbread pizza was good. We also ordered a White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake that was okay. Not the best cheesecake we ever had. Service was very good. The place could use more cleaning, especially the restrooms. They were a mess. It will probably be the last time we come to a TCF.l to be honest. It's too expensive!"

"To start, our waiter told us we could sit anywhere, remarking that he “didn’t care” where we chose because he was just there to “serve.” This left me a bit confused about whether we should place our order before sitting outside. After waiting for 20 minutes outside without seeing him, we noticed that other customers who arrived after us were being served. So, we decided to move inside, but the waiter didn’t apologize for neglecting us. To make matters worse, my hot dog was completely cold, and shockingly, the actual meat was ice-cold! The group sitting across from us had similar issues; their food was also cold, and the cook seemed to be messing up orders frequently. One member of their party ordered a burger but received a hot dog instead. After a lengthy wait, she opted not to argue and simply asked to have it removed from her bill. I sent my cold hot dog back and waited 15 more minutes for a replacement. This was really frustrating, especially when the waiter claimed they were short-staffed and backed up. He seemed annoyed, suggesting it wasn’t his fault, but it felt unprofessional nonetheless. Given that the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all, it’s surprising they couldn’t manage the small number of customers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. It may have just been a bad day, but it’s a risk I wouldn’t suggest taking. Also, parking was not free."
