"I ordered four pizzas for delivery a few days in advance for a time-sensitive kids' party and paid upfront. I called over an hour before the scheduled delivery to confirm everything was on track, and I was told there were no issues. However, when the delivery time came and went, I called the restaurant 10 minutes later only to find out they had no record of my order. I had to send my husband to pick up the pizzas, which caused him to miss the party, and there was no apology from the staff. We were left with cranky, hungry kids and a party venue that was ready to kick us out. This place is a complete mess. I will never order from them again."
