"Incredibly disappointing. We ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken, lasagna, and 2 side orders of garlic knots. I don't understand how the 2 entrees at the bottom got crushed without the garlic knots on top being crushed. I can only assume whoever packed it, crushed them down and placed the garlic knot containers on top. The whole container on each entree just crushed and the lasagna was mashed. The alfredo sauce was everywhere. The bag was drenched and ripped and the containers were messy with sauce dripping. The food came cold. The chicken was chewy. The sauce lacked flavor. The lasagna lacked flavor too but was ok. Not good. Just ok. But that and everything else, not worth the money. The garlic knots were stale and lacked flavor as well. I wanted to say it's a fluke but based on other reviews, this is not unusual. Very disappointing thankfully we ordered through doordash and they were kind enough to give us a refund."
