"OMGOSH... This is the cleanest kitchen from San Antonio, all of Houston Tx, all thru to New Orelans La. From Lake Charles all the north up to Monroe, La. !! I'm not even kidding.. Even cleaner than the restaurants in Red Bluff and Little Rock Arkansas!! I've been in the kitchens of these restaurants and this by far is the cleanest of all.. I didn't get pics of the restrooms. But they were clean like in my own home. Even the mirrors were extremely clean everything cleaned to a shine, I kid you not.. The service..JUST WOW!! These employees are proud of their resturant. And they are a working team..They've all been there together for several years, one waitress said 3 yrs, is when she joined and she wouldnnt trade her job there at all..or her fellow employees..and they all adore their manager. He was extremely nice and welcomes me without warning to go to the kitchen.. If your ever even close to Dequincy Louisiana..this is a must eat at resturant.. we spent near 160.00, we had 9 ppl. And 2 ordered the rib yeye steak..it's to die for.. The fajitas were excellent..they even have cheese burgers, and my very picky gr.son scared that burger and fried down, quick. He said it's really, really, good. We ordered 5 LG quaso's..and had to bring some home..all 9 of us couldn't eat it all..we had to have rake out trays. They are nit at all stingy with their food.. We had such a great experience and just loved all the staff. You have to go and try them out. You won't be disappointed at all.."
