"I had had a great lunch here almost a year ago. It was excellent, so when we happen to be in the neighborhood I thought, let 's try Azteca for dinner . We got there and the restaurant was decently 3/4 full on a Saturday night. On the menu I looked for one of my favorite dishes, Chile Verde, and I didn 't see it anywhere but on the lunch menu. I just think that 's kind of strange is the standard issue item at most Mexican Restaurants. Why wouldn 't they have it listed on the regular dinner menu? Also, I didn 't really find a lot of selections that weren 't $15 or higher. A few soups, a couple of single taco or enchiladas were the only items available. I wasn 't terribly hungry so I ordered Azteca Soup. When they brought it out it didn 't match the description from the menu. I asked the waiter and he said it was what I ordered, Azteca Soup. It didn 't have potatoes and it had corn tortillas instead, lots of diced chicken but not bit of chorizo. It was tortilla soup. I enjoyed my soup, but not getting what I asked is very irritating. Being treated as El Gringo was infuriating. The place is really old and looks like a 1980s airport Holiday Inn. There 's a slightly grimy feel to it and my wife felt the same. The quality of the food was OK. The prices are a bit high. Service was decent enough, other than getting flimflammed on my soup choice. I wouldn 't recommend it unless your stuck across the street at Kaiser and desperately need a drink"
