"My family recently had a spontaneous get-together with my husband's brother and his family at this restaurant. Our children hadn't seen each other in years, so the cousins were overdue for a reunion. The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us to stay as long as we needed for the kids to catch up. They made sure we had plenty of water and sodas throughout our visit. I really appreciate their patience with our group. I'm so happy we chose this restaurant! As for the food, they offer a delicious vegetarian burrito that has become one of my favorite menu items, despite not being vegetarian myself. I always enjoy ordering it."

"I came during my lunch hour, I arrived and there was no one at the reception, I waited a while for them to serve me, when they seated me the waiter spoke reluctantly and forgot everything. When they brought my food the waiter left and didn't come back to ask if I wanted anything, I wanted hot sauce. He avoided my table and hid, I even went looking for him and couldn't find him. I didn't like the food, the worst restaurant I've ever been to in Fairfield!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. Apart from the fact that the garbage cans are in front of the restaurant, the entire street stinks, garbage restaurant."

"Very nice service and a very polite young man waited on us. When we got back to our hotel, the salad we ordered was so bad — lettuce mushy and disgusting — it couldn’t be eaten, we had to throw it out immediately. The meat grape leaves were very mushy too, and didn’t have much flavor. The chicken shawarma sandwich was okay but certainly not the best I’ve ever had. I wanted to really like this place but food is too expensive to have to throw it out and I was greatly disappointed. "The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"First time here. Ordered an asada burrito and a chile verde burrito through the drive-through the girl who took my order was really patient and nice. Went up to the window and had to wait a few minutes (to me means fresh food). Got home and ate good. The food was tasty the habanero sauce is spicy, just right for the asada burrito. Burrito is well served with MEAT not just rice and beans. Definitely will come back."

It offers genuine Mexican flavors, unlike many of the diluted, Americanized options that are so common these days. The waitstaff are always friendly and attentive, making an effort to remember our names and favored dishes. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portion sizes are more than generous! Anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine should definitely give this place a try, especially their carnitas and shredded chicken enchiladas with green salsa. Delicious!"

"I would strongly advise against ordering food from this restaurant. They do not take responsibility for any mistakes. I placed an order through the Villa Rosa Inn hotel, and not only was my order late, but there was also a hair on my girlfriend's plate. She had ordered egg whites but received scrambled eggs instead. To make matters worse, the food was cold. When I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was quite unhelpful and offered no apologies for the mix-up or the hair in the food. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism; she even suggested that I contact the hotel instead, without at least apologizing on behalf of their kitchen. This experience deserves a one-star rating."

"First time getting food at this establishment. The Queso dip was not in my delivery (doordash). When I called and spoke to the manager he dated he checked my order twice. Meant nothing because the Queso was not in my delivery. He offered double Queso on my next order. They offered I could pick it. I explained it defeated the purpose of delivery. I had paid a service charge, plus delivery fee. I just wanted a refund because my order was missing an ingredient. Long story short he said to call back tomorrow to talk to Brenda. It has been three days of calling and Brenda is never working when I call. Please have a manger contact me so we can get this taken care of. Thank you"
