"I placed an order over the phone and provided my name and phone number. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order at 6:30pm, I was informed that there would be a 10 minute delay due to a rush of orders. This seemed illogical as a time had already been quoted before the rush. I decided to wait in my car while my son waited inside the restaurant, believing it would only be an additional 10 minutes. However, when I checked in with my son 20 minutes later, he was told it would still be 10 more minutes. After calling myself at 7:17pm, I was informed that they were just starting on my order, which was odd considering they had previously stated they were working on it. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to prepare one plate. Despite the quality of the food, the lack of communication about the delay and the fact that they had already charged me before my food was ready were major disappointments. I was even asked for a tip before realizing the hassle I would endure. A simple courtesy call about the delay would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left with my food after 7:30pm, 1.5 hours after placing my order. This experience has made me reluctant to return to this restaurant."

"My first visit to Don Cuco. The food was good, parking not the greatest and the service could have been better. The food: Chips are a little thicker than I prefer. However, they came out fresh and warm. Didn't splinter when you take a bite. Covered in just enough salt. The salsa served was great as well. The bowl was a tad small compared to comparable restaurants, but all you have to do is ask for more. I ordered the two chicken flautas combo the flautas are served cut in half, so you will see a total of four. The bread is a thin flakey layer of crispy goodness. I have never had a flauts served like this. It was a 8/10 alone. The beans and rice were standard for the industry, wouldn't be able to tell them from competitors, in my opinion. They tasted great, nonetheless. Ordered a strawberry Margherita blended with sugar on the rim. Served as expected and tasted good. I'm not sure what tequila they used, but it seemed either a tad weak in flavor, or I did not get enough in my drink. The service: We were not immediately greated upon entering at approx. 4:30PM on a Friday. The place wasn't packed either. We sat at a table at the bar. Our waitress was a bit put off by something as we could tell her attitude was the best. Felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Throughout the meal, had to reach out a couple times. The bus boy who brought the food, took out dishes, refilled out drink definitely did more. The parking: and you pull in to park in the front, you will quickly learn that the road doesn't go all the way through. Being in an SUV, it was a tight fit. Not sure if that setup was temporary or not. Overall: 3 stars. I enjoyed by main course an the chips and salsa. I enjoyed the ambiance. However, I didn't feel like there was anything that stuck out that would have me coming back."

"EL MARIACHI MEXICAN GRILL is expansive, with a large, heated, tent-covered patio. Inside and outside, this sports centric eatery has enough big-screen televisions to support an appliance shop. The restaurant is homage to old Mexico, complete with ridingsaddles resting on the crossbeams in the main dining area. Corn chips, bean-cheese dip and vegan salsa are provided at eachtable. The menu is populated with familiar Mexican dishes. Our server, Orquidea, who has been with the restaurant for fiveyears, described the ingredients of the many dishes on the menu. For example, the black beans are vegan, containing no animalproducts, however the rice is prepared with chicken broth. She pointed out that Chef Roberto and his staff will do everythingpossible to match special dietary requirements. I ordered an off-menu, vegan burrito. It arrived in a few minutes. Theapproximately footlong burrito was, give or take, three inches in diameter. In other words, it was huge. The oversized tortillaencased gently stir-fried vegetables with black beans. It arrived toasted and lightly sauced. It was muy bueno. The elevenyear old restaurant lives up to its name, by providing live Mariachi¹ music on the weekends. El Mariachi offers lots ofspecial offers. Here are a few: On Sunday 's all you can drink Mimosas. Half off on Mondays on everything butalcohol. Everyday, Mexican meals are cooked to order on a BeniPaisa; a Benihana style grill. The restaurant and bathrooms areADA compatible. At lunch and dinner low-cost valet parking is required. There is little nearby street parking. Online ortelephone orders are accepted for pickup or delivery by DoorDash. ¹ Mariachi is thought to have derived from the French wordmariage marriage . The joyful sound first became popular entertainment in the 1860s. Google"
"This restaurant is fantastic! I stumbled upon it on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a tostada and two tacos, which turned out to be a bit more food than I needed. They have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas, chopped onions and cilantro, tomatoes, pico de gallo, and some incredibly tasty pickled onions and jalapeños. The place serves delicious Mexican street food in a laid-back atmosphere at really affordable prices (only $10). The service was excellent, and they have a large bar! Cleveland really needs more spots like this. I will definitely be coming back."

"My husband and I made a dinner reservation for dinner, we were seated near a large party and the server ignored us while he finished with the tab, it was probably a tab he was about to make and that’s why he ignored us. Just the two of us sitting there, him walking by looking down...Not even a hello or Hola!! We were disappointed we had to walk out and the hostess told us, “have a good night! “Never again will we go to El Torito in San Bernardino. What a waste of time!!"

"The first time I visited this restaurant, I knew I would come back just for the chance to sit by the window overlooking the ocean at a table that made it feel like we were dining above the water. The ocean view alone is worth the trip to Redondo Beach. This pier may not be as popular as Venice Beach or Santa Monica, but that's perfectly fine. There are plenty of dining options, easy access to the beach, and people fishing all day and night. El Torito is a well-liked Mexican restaurant. The food may not be exceptional, but it is tasty enough. Combined with the stunning view and great customer service, it makes for a lovely evening. My favorite dishes were the cheesecake, rice, and beans."

"This charming little Mexican restaurant features friendly staff and an appealing decor. I had the burro burrito with steak, while my wife opted for the combination of a tostada, taco, and enchilada. She probably would have preferred the fajita instead. I enjoyed a frozen passion fruit margarita, which was well-balanced and not overly strong. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would definitely return, although the prices are slightly higher than expected. They also offer a happy hour, which is a nice bonus!"

"A few nights ago, I had dinner with my best friend in the bar area of our favorite restaurant. We’ve dined here before and enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. This time, we were served by Becca, who was incredibly attentive and polite. We absolutely adored her! We even requested to speak with her manager to commend her on her outstanding service. The manager recognized us from our previous visits, which was nice. With both of us having experience in the restaurant industry, we know quality service when we see it. We also want to shout out to Juan, the manager. He’s exemplary at his job, always going above and beyond to assist both guests and staff, whether it’s helping the hostesses or bartenders. He truly ensures everyone is well taken care of. We love this restaurant—the prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious! We’ll definitely be back soon!"

"For the most part I stick to my usual tacos and fajitas but today I decided to try the potato soup. It is the worst soup I've tried in my short life spam, it had thickened at the top and was over all looking unappealing. A truly gross sight to look at. I've been greatly loyal to this restaurant but I think this time has been the last. Also the waiter clearly did not know what he was doing. Attached is a sad disappointment."

"Wow. Amazing. I grew up with Mexican food (only, as a comedian once said, we just called it food . There is no shortage of good Mexican food in the area. That said, this was a really wonderful surprise. There are some really creative choices on the menu. The decor is clever without being trendy, and the wait- and bussing staff are very attentive and friendly. Parking is easy, nearby, and free. The restaurant can get crowded, which is a sign of a good restaurant, of course, so you may wish to call ahead if you are bringing anyone in your group with mobility limitations who require a walker or wheelchair. That said, everyone there is very helpful and considerate. My friend had the Mojarra Frita, which was really amazing. I had Chely 's Chicken plate, and I was so impressed at the sauce for the chicken and the lightness yet variety of flavors in the salad. The salad included apples, mangos, along with the usuals, and it was SO good. I highly recommend!"

"Our server Ana was amazing for our Saturday morning brunch!! She kept the $12 bottomless mimosas flowing, checking in on us frequently and ensured that we had everything necessary in order to enjoy our meal! Definitely will be coming back and requesting her as our server!! Thank you El Torito of Tustin and Ana for providing great service and delicious food!!"

"Absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere is great with the authentic furniture, tile work ,music and food. Oh the food...its so good. I've included pics of the menu so you can view the amazing meals and prepare for your visit. Come by land or sea. There is docking right outside on the canal for your boat. You can also bring your dog for outside seating only. There is also dining inside if that is more your thing...its so pretty inside. Even the bathrooms are well decorated and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Cold beer, wine or mixed cocktails available. We really enjoyed ourselves. Such a great place."

"I usually like this restaurant and eat there often with my family. But tonight the service was terrible. I ordered my favorite dish, flautas. I had asked for extra Jalapeno jelly dipping sauce got none. When we asked for that an extra plate, no one ever came back. My mom actually had get up from the table and find someone. By the time I got the sauce, the rest of my meal was cold. They did not seem to be very busy and it was early in the evening (4:45), well before the dinner rush, so we couldn't understand. If this had been my first experience, I would probably not return."

"The occasion was a friends birthday dinner. We were seated on the patio overflow area which was so loud that we could not hear each other speak. Our waitress was not very attentive. The birthday girl asked for no onion on her enchiladas but got so many that it was impossible to pick them out. So many other things were wrong as well. A disappointing evening to say the least"

"Saw lots of high reviews, so I gave it a shot. Very average food. Not bad, but underwhelmed.Basic enchiladas and tacos. Taco meat had no distinctive taste, basically no seasoning to it. Tasted like hamburger meat with salt and pepper. Enchiladas ends were hard and dry, the sauce on top was minimal, had to ask for more.Rice had several large clumps. When I arrived there were only three occupied tables so not busy until I left.Mexican food in Southern states is so much better. You can taste richness and the cultural spices, not hot, just more flavor that you can taste and even smell as food arrives at table. I've eaten at 7 different Mexican restaurants in the area and that seems to be a pattern. Again, not bad, just so so tasteParking: In a strip mall so ample parking available"

"Waitress had a short attitude and not very attentive. She seemed annoyed at additional requests. Up charged a small salad I had ordered. I questioned it when it arrived and she said( as she was placing on the table), “oh, it doesn’t come in a small size with chicken”. She shouldn’t have assumed I wanted the larger size. Once we paid she stopped checking in. No water refills, etc."
