"For starters, the food isn’t the best. But it’ll probably be the best in the Midwest, and that isn’t any much greater. Staff was rude. There was one waitress who didn’t do anything but help one table because they were her friends. This waitress in specific was also drinking with them, drinking out of their glasses, and out of their bottles while on the clock, never even bothering to help clean tables or provide decent service. There was one woman in there who I’m guessing is the manager or maybe daughter to the business who was rude as well, she was confrontational and wasn’t good managing her staff to wait tables correctly. But shoutout to El Gavilan Solitario. His name is Antonio Castillo who sang Mariachi for us and was very kind. Over all he was the only one who provided us good service and all he is, is a singer. We were here for two hours and weren’t helped until we had to go inside and asked to be helped. You know it’s sad when a table who came in after us, got their food, and finished came up to us and told us that we were good sports because we weren’t helped the entire time. Fortunately, we won’t be going back. And yes, I said fortunately. If you want good Mexican food, go to California lol"
