"So I’m changing my review finally. Because I finally food another Mexican restaurant that makes the guacamole for me a lot smaller and cheaper. First of all service here needs to be worked on. I think the waitresses got a little too comfortable with me because I was always coming everyday to eat here. Yes some stuff on their menu is good but not everything. I understand you want to make conversation and want to be cool with me because I was always coming but I’m just a customer coming to eat that’s it. Asking personal questions is a big NO. Secondly they’ve gotten so comfortable when I call to place a order they answer the phone saying want do u want I’m really busy… if you are busy then don’t answer the phone but to pick up the phone and say I’m busy want do you want Going forward this place is very expensive and not everything is good on the menu …when they service you water it’s warm and don’t add ice and if they do the put water first and then add the ice and warm still taste warm it should be add ice first then water. Also there water taste like start faucet water and they calm they have a filter for it. It’s disgusting so I don’t order water anymore or any drinks from here I just bring my own drinks now. Also , I can say this their guacamole is very good here but the down side is that they only do it one size and it’s a big size for 14$ very expensive and I don’t even Get to finish it because it’s to big … they don’t give you a option for a smaller one for cheaper .. so your stuck with paying for something to big and can’t finish . Orchata is kinda watery as well.their burrito de asada and chicken things toasda are very good and the ajillo shrimp dish is good but not everything on that menu is good. : this is Very pricy stop. But thank god o found me a restaurant that makes me that guacamole just as good and cheaper… when looking at my bank statements I’m spending 300 to 600$ a month on pulpo loco I think I derserve some better service … but that all changed now that I found me another restaurant… you’ll be seeing me a lot less now that I found that guacamole some where else lol :"

"I just had the pleasure of trying the Cemitas Poblanas at Cemitas Poblanas restaurant. I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into the bread that these sandwiches are known for, and it didn't disappoint. The brioche like egg based bread, with its toasted nutty sesame seeds, was light and fluffy, and served as the perfect base for the sandwich. The standout component of the Cemita Poblana sandwich was the house made Chipotle peppers. The smokey flavor of the peppers combined with the creamy avocados and stringy cheese to create a delicious explosion of flavor and textures in my mouth. And let's not forget about the onions that added that extra layer of flavor and crunch. The service at the restaurant was top notch. I was welcomed with open arms and treated like a king. The complementary basket of totopo corn tortilla chips with three different salsas was a great touch, and really got my palate ready for the main event.Speaking of main event, there are so many(A total of 20) different types of Cemitas to choose from at this restaurant. From ham and chorizo to 18 others and vegetarian options, there's something for everyone. I opted for the breaded crispy chicken Cemita, but I'll definitely be back to try some of the other options. In addition to their amazing food, Cemitas Poblanas offers a selection of delicious beverages, including flavored water with natural ingredients like Horchata, mango and Hibiscus flower. But if you're looking for something a little sweeter, there's always Coca Cola and bottled water to quench your thirst. In summary, Cemitas Poblanas is a must visit for anyone who loves Mexican cuisine. With their amazing food, top notch service, and friendly atmosphere, they're sure to become a favorite among locals and tourists alike. I highly recommend trying their Cemitas Poblanas and salsas you won't regret it.Vegetarian options: You can ask for vegetarian Cemitas !"

"I had a few frustrating attempts at calling; the phone was answered, but I kept getting disconnected. Perhaps it was a sign from the universe to try somewhere else, but my stubbornness paid off, and I eventually managed to place my order. I did want to mention that either the prices have changed without an update to their online menu, or I was overcharged. While I understand rising food costs have compelled many restaurants to increase their prices, it would be thoughtful to keep their online menu up to date to avoid surprising customers. Despite this, the prices still felt reasonable. I ordered twelve tacos (four each of chorizo, carnitas, and cabeza), a kid's chicken nuggets meal, a side of rice, a side of beans, a burrito norteño, a chimichanga, and a Cubana torta. Overall, it was a fair deal for all that food, but the online menu definitely needs an update. I sampled the tacos and the Cubana torta. Out of everything I tried, the torta was the standout item. It came with French fries, though they were rather average. The tacos, on the other hand, were mediocre at best—unremarkable and not compelling enough to encourage a return visit. I really wanted to enjoy this place and hoped it would be a hidden gem to share with fellow food lovers seeking great Mexican food in Orlando. Sadly, Tortilleria El Progresso just didn't meet that expectation. I even considered giving it four stars, but ultimately, three stars is the highest rating I can honestly give."
