The food is always great but your service made me have to leave today after just ordering drinks and waiting over 30mins for a server to come back . Seeing two other tables sat after us have their orders taken before us. Stings. There are fewer local options around these days. I know there is better in The Gem. I have seen it. This is probably the very best breakfast spot in a 15mile radius. I have been on the hunt for over two months to find a spot for breakfast. From their home made from scratch corn beef and hash to their amazing daily fresh baked breads. This is what makes finding the Gem so amazing. The staff is amazing and attentive.
