"I was in the store for less than two minutes, asking just two questions, when I encountered a rather unpleasant blonde woman behind the counter. It felt as though not only did she dislike me, but she also detested her job. This interaction definitely left a bad impression on me. Trust me, I could see that she was far from delighted to be at work today.
It’s unfortunate because prior to this, I had always had pleasant experiences with all the cashiers. One negative encounter shouldn't define a place, but I hope they address this issue, as the service industry deserves people who bring a positive attitude."
