"We went early (for specific reasons) and lucked into the early bird special. It was terrific. Appetizer, main course and dessert for $27. There were six of us, celebrating an 80th birthday. Four diners had the seafood chowder, deemed delicious, one the caesar salad and one the shrimp cocktail. It had 3 large delicious shrimp. Main course choices were steak tips and salmon (there were other choices as well) with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was a choice of chocolate cake, coconut cream cake or gelato or sorbet. Everything was delicious. We had glasses of wine, Riesling, sauvignon blanc and sangiovese also all delicious. The birthday boy was celebrated with a frosted round cake and candle. Our server Acely was outstanding, perky, fun and knowledgeable. Altogether, lovely experience."
