"This has to be some of the Absolute worst food and service that I have ever had in my life. I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs with onions. Fries Pepsi and a glass of water. Got my Pepsi right away. Pepsi was flat. She never brought me my water. My Hot dogs came. They had no chilli or cheese on them. Half the fries were burnt the other half soggy. I Told the one rude lady server they had that my order is messed up and you still haven't brought me my water. Told her that I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs with onion. She said that was my fault I put the order in wrong. Round 2 the new dogs came out. They only had chilli on them. No cheese no onion and had to ask for my water again. Told the server again. Round 3 I got my water the new dogs came. They had chilli and onion but still no cheese. I said screw it and tried to take 1 bite. The hot dogs were very hard to bite into. They were like hard pieces of rubber. I spit it out into a napkin and said I am done. I got up to leave and the lady server said that will be $13.95. I said for what. The soda is Flatt and you messed up the ordered 3 times in a row. And it was not edible and that I took one bite and spit it out. She said that will Still be $13.95. All the food was still on the table. I said do you have a number that I can call corporate or your manager.She says you know what just leave and don't ever come back. You don't ever have to worry about me ever coming back or any of my friends coming back that live right around the corner. The worst service and food that I have ever had."

"My husband called an order in somewhat close to closing. He arrived between 845 and 850 to pick up. My son had decided that he wanted something to eat after all. My husband asked the very nice, helpful woman at the register if it would be ok to add something. She asked the kitchen and got the ok. However, it must not have been ok because once the order went in, a woman in the kitchen yelled Are you kidding me?!? and proceeded to complain the entire time the order was being made. Extremely rude, unprofessional behavior that made my husband and son feel as though their business was not valued or wanted at the Famous ."
