"In my initial visits, I really enjoyed the salmon, ikura, and cured egg dish. The cured raw egg was a delightful addition that I loved. However, my experience with the hamachi was less favorable. It was served in chunky pieces, not in a poke style, which made it look quite unappealing. The texture was a bit sinewy, and I wouldn't order it again. I personally prefer sashimi that is thinly sliced and served over a bed of well-seasoned rice. Since I usually get takeout late, I didn't notice much of the restaurant's ambiance. The service is generally good, although there were times when the staff seemed a bit low on energy. I'm glad they're relatively close to the Inner Richmond District, but parking can be a real challenge. By the way, I love the pictures of the pup!"
