"I went to this restaurant with a friend to try it out. We got a reservation for 7:30 pm. We walked in and there were only 2 tables of people in the restaurant area. (there is at least 20 tables in the restaurant area) And the bar area had maybe 8 people. With this place being so new, I was assuming it would be busier than it actually was. The food was only OK, nothing special. The service needs more training though. The people at the front counter had a lack of respect for us coming in to eat. Took almost 10 minutes for any of the 3 people standing behind the counter to help us. Then took another 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to finally make her initial visit to our table. Even though she only had 2 tables and wasn't helping those tables during that time. This restaurant is a great idea and a nice addition to Brookfield. But they definitely need to work on their customer service and advertisement. I do hope this restaurant does well and picks up business."

"service was great, atmosphere is modern and cool. but they have calculated $12.50 for a vodka/seltzer and $18 for fish that tasted as if it came from a chicago channel. Perhaps this is flying for the visitors at playag, but it is a bit for the middle weeks outside the season native. I don't know how they expect to attract regular repetitions. the swing suite was decent enough to go with golf, but was badly calibrated for other games. it did not register at least 25% of the eggs and those who seemed far from where they were actually thrown."

"This was such a fun find! The restaurant is part of the trout farm, so you can have dinner, and take home some really excellent treats (which we did). We had a smoked trout appetizer and a crab cake--the star was the home smoked trout--it was excellent. Had trout and salmon for dinner--both were excellent. Dessert was also very good. Nice wine list and great craft cocktails. They feature local ingredients in addition to the trout, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend--this was a hidden gem."

"While walking down State Street, came across this place. As the outside seating area was busy we decided to give it a try. I am not sure if all the dishes were authentic but they did have flavor. However, we felt that both the veggie dishes tasted somewhat similar. The dishes were definitely fresh. Enjoyed the soup the most. If you like spicy, try their hot sauce, it was fantastic. It is hot so be careful. Our server was attentive and she was very friendly. The food was served without any delays. Overall experience was average."

"Really good appetizers and burgers. Smaller selection of beer on tap, but decent variety plus bottles, cans and full liquor. Five ballpoint pens, billiard table, dartboards and more. Many tables and stands in addition to the good bar seats. Good size parking lot (watch for some pots/cracks). They also offer group assets with 2 full indoor basketball/Volleyball courts. Was there for a pocket tournament."

"This was one of the few places open after we moved to Evansville. We arrived about a half hour before the kitchen closed--usually a recipe for stale, poorly cooked food. Waiter seated our family and was perfectly attentive, always around when we needed something, but never intrusive. He provided excellent recommendations. The blackened chicken cucumber wrap was delightful. My wife had the jalapeno popper grilled cheese--fantastic. Atmosphere was family friendly, but also a great place to throw an adult party. Everything we ate was well seasoned and perfectly cooked."

"Henry's was an excellent bar. It was the perfect place to stop after a trip to Costco and just before today's big game. My friends’ band ordered a vibrant cocktail that looked fantastic. They mentioned the seasoning was spot on, and it was garnished with olives, pickles, a lemon wedge, and a lime wedge, along with the traditional beef jerky. As for me, I had the Royal, which was a blend of her delightful cranberry margarita and a brandy slush made with local Wollersheim Brandy and Rishi Green Tea."

"There is no question that this brewery is different, like their beer.  Right when you walk up you'll know that this place is weird with a unique vibe.  It has more of a warehouse/industrial atmosphere.  A good space and bartender was friendly.  The beers were good and they have a good tap list.  They had a lot of unique interpretations on styles of beer.  It's not a commercial mass appeal brewery but really feels like a place run by people who really love beer.  We wish we had more time to sample more of their beers."
