"Let's start by giving high, high kisses to Abraham, our waiter. He had a smile on his face when he introduced himself. He was very professional, but nevertheless friendly and accessible. He is very knowledgeable about all that Sullivan has to offer. Abraham made several menu suggestions and he hit the mark on each. His support staff ensured that we had everything we needed, we never had water or something else. We started our meal with her Oysters Rockefeller. They were amazing, buttery and saved. They were dressed with bacon, cheese, creamy spinich and oh so well. We also had their Beef Wellington Bites. The meat was tender and surrounded by a Savory-Pilz cleaner that complicated the beef. The pastry was very soft and buttery and the peppercorn sauce added this small spicy kick. One of the entries was a nice thick cut 8 oz ribeye, which was cooked until the middle perfection. The outside was beautiful and encrusted but the middle of the steak was tender and juicy. The spices that were used gave the meat and hint of heat, but it did not draw from the beautiful beef flavor you expect from a large meat cut. The dish was compiled with creamy potatoes and a beautiful beef bread. The 2nd entry was the special of the evening that was surfing. It came with a delicate NY strip and Lobster dick. The spices used on the stripe were much different than those used on the ribeye, but they were excellent. The stripe had a narrower taste than the ribeye, it complicated the butterfly libster tail to perfection. We finished our meal with a beautiful large piece of chocolate cake. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Beautiful rich dark chocolate cake with a smooth chocolate frozen and dipped with raspberry sauce. YUMMMMM! We recommend her moscato if you enjoy a beautiful half sweet wine to supplement your meal. Overall, we give Sullivans a whole heart 5 stars for their service and meals. We'll be back soon. Thanks to Abraham and the support team for the evening to make pleasant and unforgettable. Roy/ Joel"

"**Sunday Supper at Sullivan's** We had reservations, but upon arrival, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Not a big deal at all. Our server, Tiara (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), greeted us warmly and took our drink and appetizer orders before heading off to bring a bottle of wine. Although the service was a bit slow at times, the restaurant was quite busy, so we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy our cocktails and appetizers. We started with the Beef Wellington Bites, which were incredibly savory, featuring tender meat encased in puff pastry—a fantastic way to kick off the meal. We decided to skip the salads and go straight for the main courses. My wife, a huge fan of crab cakes, ordered those and was thoroughly impressed. I took a bite and found them to be overflowing with crab meat, enhanced by just the right blend of spices. The shredded Brussels sprouts were also a hit, bursting with flavor and generously topped with real bacon bits. The only hiccup of the evening occurred when the runner accidentally dropped my wife's order, and mine didn't arrive at all. We thought she would return shortly, but nearly ten minutes went by without any sign of her. I encouraged my wife to eat while we waited, but she felt guilty leaving me out. Eventually, a different waitress passed by, and we asked her if she could check on my order. It turned out that it hadn't printed due to a software glitch. My steak arrived shortly after, along with sincere apologies from our main waitress, the passing waitress, and the manager, who kindly comped my entrée. Mistakes happen in any business; it’s how they are handled that counts. I was very impressed with their response. I had ordered a strip steak cooked rare, paired with blue cheese and pork belly, and honestly, I might never enjoy a strip steak the same way again. The pork belly was the perfect rich complement to the lean beef. The steak itself was cooked to perfection—succulent and juicy. In fact, I would say it was one of the best steaks I've ever had, even compared to a well-known steakhouse nearby. Typically, with a mix-up like this, I would leave feeling dissatisfied, but thanks to their excellent service recovery and the quality of the food, it turned into a memorable dining experience."
