"I was thoroughly disappointed and won't be returning! We traveled all the way from Cambridge to try this restaurant. We ordered two Western Burgers with fries, two waters, and some Coffee Bosco Sticks. Unfortunately, the coffee was below average, but the fries were excellent. The Bosco Sticks were quite hard and not very enjoyable. As for the burgers, they were cooked medium rare, while we only eat medium well or well done. When we mentioned this, the only response we received was a $2 discount! Seriously? We should have only been charged for the fries and Bosco Sticks, and the burgers should either have been remade to our liking or removed from the bill. I definitely won't be coming back."
