"The bartender prepared my drink with an overwhelming amount of lemon juice. When I mentioned it, they simply took it back and modified it with additional ingredients, but it still wasn’t drinkable. Unfortunately, the food took over an hour to arrive, so we decided to just ask for the check and leave.
While I understand that issues can arise, not once did the waitress apologize or check on us. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this place. It's disheartening because the quality we once enjoyed is no longer there. On a positive note, the manager is fantastic; he used to be a waiter and was always excellent at his job.
However, we won’t be returning for a while. The restaurant really needs to reconsider their staff and provide better training in customer service. Dining out isn’t inexpensive, so a more positive attitude from the staff would go a long way, or they should find work elsewhere."
