Zorba’s is a testament to staying grounded and true to oneself by serving consistently delicious foods no matter what the situation is. They take the time to make it right, and boy do they! As a first timer to Zorba’s tho I’ve been a DC resident for almost a quarter century, I was struck by its time earned appearance that spoke to the proud heritage reminiscent of the Greek scenery harking back to summer days basking under the sun sipping on the finest wines, dining on the freshest vegetables and grilled meats. I recall the days I spent in Santorini where a simple salad w olives, or falafel pita w hummus would blow my mind for how fresh and tasteful it was. That’s what you’ll get at Zorba’s."
