"I have tried to order from this restaurant three times, and each time my order was canceled. Tonight was particularly frustrating; they didn't even cancel it themselves. After sending the driver to pick up my pizza, they told him that the order was canceled only after he had been waiting for about 30 minutes. They never called me to let me know or to offer an alternative, which reflects a troubling lack of customer service that seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Now everything is closed due to the long wait, and again, they failed to communicate about the cancellation. This isn't my first negative experience; it's my third in a row. I will not be ordering from them again."
