"Unfortunately, our group of 10 arrived at this restaurant on New Year's Eve for our 7 pm confirmed reservation made thru OpenTable, and we were turned away since the restaurant was closed for a private party. We then had to scramble to find an alternate restaurant on New Year's Eve. We had 4 children and a grandmother with us. Fortunately, another area restaurant accommodated us so our evening was saved. We WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant. Both the restaurant and Open Table had my contact info but neither contacted me to indicate that our reservation could not be honored. Poor customer experience!"

"After reading several reviews, I decided to visit this restaurant for a date. Upon arrival, it felt like I had made a reservation for nothing as we were told to sit anywhere. I had expected a better atmosphere, but it was just loud music with hardly anyone there. The drinks were not great, just basically juice. However, the food was good at least."

"We had a great experience at Flame Kabob. We went here on our way back from Universal Orlando and were welcomed by nice staff and were served delicious food. We ordered one mixed meat platter and one gyro plate, both of which were freshly made andtender. For dessert, we ordered a Kunafa which served hot and with a good amount of cheese. We definitely recommend this spot toanyone who is staying in Orlando."

"I don’t regularly write reviews but this place commends it. When it came to Middle Eastern food my favorite restaurant was Al bawadi in Niles but this place puts every other restaurant to shame. I came with my foodie friends, one of whom is from Kuwait, and we were all blown away. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The staff and chef are so kind and attentive, this is my new favorite restaurant!"

"I had a wonderful farewell meal at this Mediterranean restaurant. The falafel was flavorful, and the lamb gyro was delightful, accompanied by fresh salad and tomatoes. "I was on a vacation visit with family when i came to try this restaurant. We ordered Lamb Shank, Kafta Kabob (Lamb) and Shawarma. For kids we ordered nuggets and chicken skewers. The flavor of everything was good. And though they were short on staff they were trying thier best to accommodate everything. I could have given them 5 stars but when i see restaurants add gratuity even for 4+ people. I totally feel its wrong and in my family, we were 2 adults and 3 kids still they charged me 15% extra saying it’s party of 4. So I just paid my bill and took 2 stars out of my review to keep everything balanced ."
