"This used to be my favorite restaurant, but I feel they’ve spread themselves too thin. During my last visit, we eventually got to a table but waited a long time without being served. We didn't even receive any chips and salsa. In the end, we left without ever being attended to. On this visit, we stood at the door for about 15 minutes before being directed to sit at the bar. The server arrived quickly, but they were out of Negra Modelo and only had three Dos Equis available. Since we were at the bar, we weren’t given menus, and I hesitated to ask because the staff seemed overwhelmed. While the place wasn't full, it appeared they might be short-staffed. The service was good, and the staff was friendly as always. However, the chips were burnt, and the salsa didn't have any seasoning—it tasted like canned tomatoes. I ordered the Chuleta Mexicana Ground Beef Chimichanga, and while the food was hot and good, the overall experience left something to be desired."
