However, today my order was made with the wrong ingredients. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy times. The staff member I spoke with quickly acknowledged the error and assured me it was an honest mistake, promising that the correct order would be sent out immediately. This level of customer service is what keeps me coming back to this place. The woman who takes phone orders is always friendly and genuine. Despite the bad weather today and the fact that they only had a van for deliveries, she let me know it might take a bit longer. However, they still managed to deliver my order ahead of schedule! It’s this kind of attentive service that makes me want to keep ordering from here again and again!"
