"Personally, I love lumberjacks. I ordered 3 lumberjacks and a bagel. All 3 lumberjacks did not have bacon, and I realized this when I was halfway through eating, so I told the server. But the server took the food away without even apologizing, saying that I had to tell the kitchen. Instead of the server saying that they would refill the food, they just roughly put cold, hard bacon between the food they took away. They even threw the food in front of us when they re-served it. My family was visiting New York and we went there to share my favorite menu, but it was such a bad experience. I always went to the West Village location, but this was my first time visiting the Manhattan West location, and I was so disappointed. I will never go back. I think they need to educate their employees at the headquarters level."
