"Zebra has been a popular summer dining spot for years, known for consistently delicious food. However, our recent experience was marred by poor service from the moment we arrived. Despite being on time for our reservation and the restaurant not being busy, we were ignored by the manager and host who were discussing another reservation. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, and we were left waiting for 10 minutes before a server finally realized we were there. The appetizers were tasty, but the lack of attention continued with our entrees. The server struggled to find a place to place our plates and utensils were not refreshed. The service only improved when the check arrived, but by then, it was too little too late. As frequent diners who appreciate good food and service, we were disappointed by our experience at Zebra. We hope they can improve their customer greeting and overall service in the future. Good luck."
