"The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, and everything felt brand new. It had a light, bright, and airy atmosphere, with the garage doors and large windows open. Interestingly, we were the only two patrons at the time, and the food was fresh and very flavorful.
However, I have to mention that the manager completely ignored us during our visit. I even crossed paths with him on the way to the restroom, and there was no acknowledgment or eye contact whatsoever. Just a note for the manager: in the service industry, a smile or a simple hello costs nothing. While we didn't feel welcomed by the manager, we appreciated the hostess/server who guided us to our table and took our order. She was attentive and made sure our waters were refilled.
Despite the manager's lack of acknowledgment, we plan to return, and I hope he reads this review and works on his customer service skills, especially given the location in North Scottsdale."
