"I just went from a 5-star rating to a 0-star! I ordered the 2 for $6 Whoppers with extra onions, but instead, I received just a bun, a meat patty, and four, yes, four onion rings—nothing else! No lettuce, no tomato, no pickles, and no mustard or ketchup! What the...? I'm not paying for this. I drove back and told the girl at the drive-thru that she messed up my order. She started defending her actions by saying their company policy only allows for three rings of onion. What the...? I told her I didn’t care about their policy; they need to deliver what the customer orders. Their company isn’t the one eating this—I am! I'm the one paying for it! She then ran to the so-called manager on duty and said that's how they prepare their meals. I told her that’s not acceptable if it’s not what the customer wants! I eventually got my hamburgers, but they still only had four rings of onions. I am posting a photo of the burger they sold me, and she better not deny serving me this food—if that’s what you want to call it! It’s no wonder this company is going downhill! With employees like these, it won't be long before they're out of business! What they sold me is far from a true Whopper! Four months later, and it’s still a terrible place!"
