"I have dined here several times always had a wonderful experience. Took my daughter out yesterday for lunch. The hostesse was getting ready to prepare the two tables right across from us for a table of 8. I politely asked her if she wouldn't seat them directly across from us. It was about 8 tables down from us that could be placed the exact same way we just not directly across from us. She said ok then marched off to clean the other table so she could seat the party of 8. In the mean time a coworker ask her what's going on. She whispers and looks bk at me. By this time I am staring at these two ladies talk about me. I was upset but continued with my meal. Paid for my food and tipped my waitress. It wasn't her fault that the hostesses is disrespectful and obviously has no customer service skills. If you wanted to talk about a customer, do it where they can't hear you. I won't be back and the look of it doesn't look like you can stand to loose customers."

"These past few times (4 times actually) have been horrid. Staff was very unfriendly, service was very very bad, and food was all messed up. Not only did we find toenails in my husband’s mashed potatoes, but they were also in my rice. One of the times, the staff were more focused on gossip amongst themselves than taking our order or checking on us during our 63 minutes wait at our table, while we were only one of 4 tables in the entire place. We just don’t understand how the staff could be this untrained or unfocused….? To really make it all even worse, it really felt like the staff and management was intentionally making mistakes, I mean, how could they be this bad? 40 years of eating at similar places, and this is among the top five worse consecutive experiences we’ve had. I’m sorry to have to leave this review, but someone needs to have a serious talk with whoever is training the staff at this location."

"We came in on a Tuesday early afternoon barely any customers. We stood at the door 3 to 4 minutes then a server came out of the kitchen told us she could not get to us for at least 15 minutes. She stated she was the only server and they only had one guy in the back. So we started to leave. She got very short and was shouting from across the restaurant that it wasn’t her fault. We were not rude or even visibly upset we were just leaving and she acted like we were upset! Then she flip the bird. Happened on 7/5/22"

"My experience dining in the neighborhood wasn't very good. Cimone was wonderful once she attended to us, but it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. I was quite disappointed with my overcooked medium ribeye, and the area where we were seated was quite dirty for the first 15 minutes of our visit. I’ll give it two stars for the value of the kids' meal and for the opportunity to spend quality time with my kids during an early Sunday dinner."

"The food was good, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. However, I would never order takeout from this place again. Two of my orders were incorrect, and during my last visit, I spent over 20 minutes trying to sort out missing items that I had already paid for. I arrived at the restaurant with my phone in hand to address the issue. When the manager came out, her response was extremely condescending, making me feel like I was the problem. Although she did eventually provide the missing items, I left feeling unsatisfied. It took me months to return to the restaurant. Fortunately, my dining experience there was positive overall."

"I ordered the classic broccoli shrimp alfredo and the four cheese mac and cheese honey pepper chicken tenders. The only thing worth eating was the shrimp and chicken tenders. The both orders the noodles were overcooked and chewier and the other noodles where dry... 4 Cheese where? Barely. The bread was kind of tough too. Overall the noodles were terrible and I'm still hungry. Thanks Applebee's."

"I was able to reach customer service within a day or so, and I also had the pleasure of speaking to the manager at this particular Applebee's location, who was fantastic! We received a refund for our order, so this review is solely based on the experience of receiving the food. Although I have always had a great experience dining in at this restaurant, tonight was a different story. It was our first and last time ordering takeout from here. We arrived shortly after placing our order, parked, and let them know we were there, but after 10 minutes, no one came out to assist us. After flagging down a staff member, they took our order name and went inside, leaving us waiting for a total of 35 minutes. When we finally decided to go inside, we found our order sitting on a rack, untouched. The staff member went to retrieve it, but unfortunately, our salads had been left out for so long that they were inedible. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the wonderful service we have received inside the restaurant in the past."

"Another family favorite. Plenty of flavor, variety and deliciousness for all involved. The staff was friendly, CJ, was her name if I remember correctly. She did great. Kept our drinks filled. Our food came out hot and fresh, with plenty left over for a midnight snack. Didn 't drink from the bar but the grill was outstanding. As we were leaving a staff member opened the door and held it for us as she wished a great night, in which we did have. We will be return. In the words of the Terminator, 'I 'll be back! '"

"We went there tonight and here’s our evening. At a time where people can’t get a table we got there at about 5:45pm and were able to be seated right away. The hostess said our waitress’s name and that she would send her right over. Well somewhere along the line nobody told our waitress. We waited well over 10 minutes without even having a drink order taken. So we put our coats on and walked towards the door. A gentleman at the host/hostess station thanked us and we said no need to we couldn’t even get waited on and we walked into the parking lot. It was then that no less than 4 people( managers) came almost running out to stop us and apologize. One of them (Tom) offered us free dinner and really went above and beyond to get us back in. We decided to go back in but without the free dinner because that not why we walked out. All of the people had concern that we weren’t taken care of. I didn’t get everybody’s name but they were all amazing. We will be back simply because they did it right making up for a mistake. And yes Tom honored my request and we paid for our meals which were outstanding. They did give us coupons to come back for a free appetizer"

"I visited Applebee's for the first time in over 15 years, but this time it was for takeout instead of dining in, mainly because my girlfriend wanted it. I placed my order, and it was ready in just 20 minutes. The food was delicious, but I had some issues with my order. I specifically requested no onions on my burger, and it was loaded with them. Additionally, I ordered a shark bowl drink to go, but it didn't come with my order. When I asked the waitress about the missing drink, she said she would check with the bartender, but I never heard back from her. After waiting 10 more minutes, I decided to go inside to retrieve it myself. I approached the bar, where most takeout orders are picked up, and had my receipt in hand. I watched the bartender chat with a customer for another five minutes before she finally asked if I had a to-go order. I couldn't believe it; I was clearly holding my receipt. Eventually, I spotted the waitress who had delivered my order earlier. After another 15 minutes of waiting, the bartender finally prepared my drink. By the time I left, it was supposed to be a curbside pickup, but I ended up having to go inside for something they forgot. Unfortunately, by the time I got home, my food had gone from warm to cold. After this experience, I think it will be another 15 years before I return."

"I love Applebee's, but I had a frustrating experience on February 3rd, 2023, at 6:30 PM. When I returned from the restroom, I found that my table had been cleared. I was still in the middle of my meal, and I had already paid $42.00 plus tip for my food and drink. I informed the server that I was still eating, but she insisted there was no food on the table, even though I had more than half of my meal left when I stepped away. It was disappointing to have my dining experience interrupted like that."
