"I took the time to locate this restaurant on Google Earth, and I believe I have the right address. It came highly recommended by a local. Since it’s in the countryside, there’s plenty of parking available. We arrived around noon, and the place was not busy at all. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered a Mexican Salad, which was excellent, and my wife had a Chili Relleno, also outstanding. The other members of our party ordered Fajitas and a Vegetarian Burrito, both of which were top-notch as well. The complimentary chips were plentiful and served warm. The restrooms were clean, and the Mexican music playing was at just the right volume—thank you for that! Our drinks arrived promptly and were served correctly."

"My first time to eat here. Many of my local favorites were closed for the commemorative day holiday, so it was time to try something new. I had the steak fajita quesadilla and my friend had the enchiladas supreme. Both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. The place is small, but it's very clean. The atmosphere is cheerful with beautiful decorations and lively Mexican music games. I'll come back here a lot."

"I ordered cheese enchiladas with onions, but the onions were served on the side and I was charged $1.25 for them. I was also charged $6.00 for a small 1/4 cup of guacamole and $1.25 for just a tablespoon of sour cream. My boyfriend ordered a wet burrito, but there was no red sauce on the plate at all. Additionally, the Pico de Gallo he ordered was old, mushy, and lacked flavor. Overall, we were very disappointed with the entire experience."

"Food is decent, nothing spectacular but gets the job done for Mexican food. Customer service is poor. Came in on a Sunday at noon to pick up an order. Lady at the bar seemed irritated I was in there and that she had to grab my order even though I was the only one in restaurant? Her personality isn’t cut out for customer service and it’s enough to deter me from ordering food there in the future Update: I’m changing my review from 2 to 4 stars as I recently visited and notice a huge improvement in customer service and food. The person who served me the first time was not there this time. However the two that took care of me today were great and very inviting. Food was also delicious for a good price."

"Husband said his chicken dish tasted like cardboard. My sizzling steak fajitas tasted like burnt plastic. The decor, while charming, in places is worn, and needs re-painting. Where we were seated, the upholstered booth seats were badly torn. The floor was sticky and needed a good mopping with a clean mop and fresh mop water. The plastic drinking glasses were stained, and need replacing. I had to ask for a knife to cut my meat, while overhearing someone else ask for a knife. Disappointed, as the other occasions I've eaten there over the years, the food was quite good. I left still hungry. I hope this is a temporary lapse for what used to be a great little restaurant! :"

"Mole continues to be a hidden gem in a city with many Mexican fusions joints everywhere. To have authentic Mexican food, it's ashame it took me so long to find this place. "Place has really gotten nice since the remodel. Much more space to move around and nicely decorated, not gaudy like many similar restaurants are. Has a nice outdoor seating area as well. Food was good, but the asada was a little charred and the street tacos only had 1 tortilla, not 2 which I normally have had in the past. Tortillas kept ripping so made for a messy experience."

"When I handed him my ID, he questioned its validity and asked for additional identification. That was fine, so I placed the cards on the counter. However, he then told me to "drop the attitude" and insisted that my ID looked nothing like me, even though I have the same widow’s peak in the photo and my hair was tied in the same style. What really bothered me was his hostile demeanor. He seemed to forget that speaking to paying customers that way is completely unacceptable. I would never give him a penny after the way he spoke to me. His aggressive attitude towards a group of women was also uncalled for. We ended up leaving right away and chose to spend our money elsewhere. Overall, I found the entire situation utterly disappointing and plan to escalate this issue with management."

But this is a LARGE menuand when I slipped a few pages I found not only does El Patron have a Vegetarian menu. They even have a VEGAN menu! I wasimpressed. I wanted to try as many things as possible. But the portions here are what I would describe as HUGE. My plan was totry as many different tacos as possible. But I ordered stupidly. I?m pretty sure I could have mixed and matched more types oftacos if I had thought it out. Each ?full taco order? is 3 LARGE tacos. And if you get the whole meal option it comes with aPLATTER that is half refried pinto beans and half Mexican rice (both very tasty and extremely filling . I started withGuacamole and Bean Dip. The guacamole is made from avocado puree. I?m not a fan. I wouldn?t get it again. The Bean Dip is reallyQueso on top of refried beans. Which, let?s face it, is DELICIOUS. FYI: This food is Salty.
