"We have been going here since the early Roar?n 2000s, and every time since, to every Stressgiving, Christmas, pre-New Year and/or out w/ the girlfriends; this is the go-2 restaurant of the O.C., the restaurant that you definitely will not see Tamara Vicky chowing down on or off the cameras, but instead see a bunch of good local folks, the sincere meaning of the La Familia Mexican Restaurant that makes you feel right at home, and right with your wallet, no matter where you are visiting from. Where mi Casa?s can easily accommodate a few patrons in the restaurant or bar to a large party with over 20 and on one long table , to plenty of booth table options for up to 4 people during date night. Kid friendly, even in the bar table seating area, and bar stools for over a dozen drinkers, welcoming and well opened entry, clean bathrooms, plenty of parking well lite , but it does get busy especially during the holidays, where I am assuming they take reservations, but we have always walked-in and got seated immediately after arriving. Then there is the Happy Hour? or just strolling back to the bar w/ no H.H. , where one of the most hardworking waitresses Shasta I have ever witness serving multiple tables at a time, will welcome you, inform us on the deals and give great recommendations on how we can improve our experience and not costing us more, by starting us out right with a few Margarita?s $5 each , Cadillac $6 each and see photos for add?l costs/savings for food and alcohol beverages. The portion servings especially the ?? ? chicken cheese tacos are plenty and my husband of near 300 lbs gets overfilled with all-u-can-serve chips and salsa w/ one not 2 , but 1 ? ? ? served w/the delicious house Refried Beans and Rice, costing under $20 per person in general. On this particular date 1/31/21 , in addition we had order 4 chicken ? cheese ? tacos ?, beans, rice, chips and salsa. To see what I am talking about see photo the tray of tacos is that of 4 tacos. Highly, Highly Recommended for folks in and outside of Orange County that enjoy Great Tasting Mexican Food, AND for a Great Price!!"

You know the feeling when you have a great meal just waiting that you paid a premium price for!? Then come to find out the ingredients are wrong despite having or people working there . "Very cute, homey pizzeria vibes but a little nicer than usual. Restaurant is very clean with a window into the kitchen where you can see them make your food. The server, Chris , was amazing and very knowledgeable about ingredients and allergies(gluten and vegetarian). We came in last minute and he accommodated us without any fuss. We were worried about keeping him late but he encouraged us to stay and be comfortable. The food itself came out very quickly and was *fantastic*. The portion sizes are very reasonable for the area and pricing. We were very hungry and so excited to find a gem like this! After having a terrible experience with Dimo's, this spot really came to the rescue."

"Update: they replied saying they were sorry I was unhappy with my sandwich, but they were anything BUT sorry when I brought it to their attention. Funny response.Ordered a patty melt as the picture looked better than a standard burger. I did order without onions. What I got was very, very different than what was pictured on their menu.I mentioned it to the waitress and she got the manager/owner/whoever. She came from the back, I explained that I was disappointed with it and why. I showed her the pic from her menu and she said the pictures are only suggestions. What?! YOUR pics in YOUR menu are suggestions? Well, I would suggest you make something that looks like that.Basically, it was a frozen patty on two huge slices of rye with the bacon I added and a slice of Swiss cheese. Bottom of the bread was soggy (dark brown in the pics).You can see for yourself the pics vs the menu Pic.She offered something else, but they were kind of busy and I didn 't want my new food coming out after my wife was done hersGot the check and they neither discounted nor removed the unacceptable food that I didn 't eat. When I went to the register, I asked and they got someone else from the back.To him I explained as well and he told me it was my opinion that it looked nothing like the pics. Lol. I offered to pay for a side of fries because I ate the fries while waiting, but did not wish to pay for the subpar food I did not eat. He did take the whole thing off, be he was not happy.Just honestly poor attitudes when I brought this too them. Very much more interested in telling me I was wrong rather than being apologetic and trying to fix things."

"Previously, to love this place, but tonight I was there the last time again. platz was maybe 60 to 70 full. they asked our server how long this would be waiting for food. we were perhaps told 30 minutes to be on the safe side. we waited for an hour to eat. the people who came after us came 20 minutes before us. mushroom Swiss burger filled the half of the bungalow. one of the orders was wrong. two people who drink drinks and wait for dinner were after approx. 30 minutes tells that the kitchen couldn't do what they ordered to continue to wait another 30 minutes for salads. updated feb22 they are back on curs with the delicious food n good help work."

"DO NOT order from here through GrubHub. It took me two hours to get my order and when I called to see if a driver had picked up my food I was passed around to 4 different employees. When I finally did speak to who I think might have been manager, I asked her if they had my order and can they see if someone has picked it up yet and her response was “I don’t know, we have a lot of orders.” I said well it says I paid with my card so can you please double check for my name, she told me to hold on with a rude attitude. She then told me they never got my order, 10mins later my food shows up. I think the customer service was definitely lacking, the online ordering needs to be reevaluated and improved especially if they’re going to allow GrubHub to be a delivery service for them. I also feel very upset and wronged by this company that they could not verify they got my order at all. I don’t plan to spend my money here again, bad service makes a lasting impression no matter how good the food is, which I will say was really good. I was just disappointed in how I was treated and spoke to over the phone."

"Let me start saying that I was very happy with the food I ordered. It was very delicious. I'm back. As an entrepreneur, I feel it important to recognize more quality (in this case the food). I worked near the Parlin NJ location and for lunch I decided to try Ultimate Grill. I discovered when I was there that I had a flat tire. It ruined my day. I met with the boss/manager at the counter and he was very friendly and very professional. Noticing I was upset, the boss/manager found out I had an apartment and went out his way to help me. He went into his car and brought me an air pump that allowed me to fill my tire only enough to return to my destination. He told me he knew exactly how I felt and how many others I was going through. He immediately turned my mood and when I came back to my destination, I could enjoy the food they prepared. I am very grateful for this man at the counter and I could not thank him enough that he was kind, respectful and so much for the care. More people must be like that. Especially when we live. Great job Dimitri (head/manager)! Be good, stay safe and I wish you a life full of success."

"We also sampled the Southwest egg rolls, which were generously sized and great for sharing. They packed a flavorful southwest punch. The Fiesta wrap was tasty too; I anticipated the jalapeño wrap to be spicy, but it was surprisingly mild—ironically, the egg rolls were spicier. The wrap was also easy to split between two people. The skinny fries that came with it were delicious. I ordered the margarita pizza but wasn’t a fan of the pesto sauce, as it changed the traditional margarita flavor I was expecting. I must have missed that detail on the menu since it likely mentioned the sauce. Overall, the menu had a diverse selection, and the atmosphere had a fun sports bar vibe. The Cucumber Gimlet was refreshing with a strong cucumber flavor, which I really liked. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable."

"Theee is about right. Although there is not much to eat around here that is walking distance from Baylor. Nice little cafe ambience. Breakfast burrito was good but the 'salsa ' that came with it was crappy canned stuff. Too bad. Since the name is, errrr, fresh. Three stars for food. Four stars for location and being one of a nice vibe. One note. When you ask the lady at the cash register what you should order give her an answer rather than 'oh I don 't eat anything off of the menu '. Kinda funny tho...five stars for her candor!"

"Order 2 Taylor Ham sandwiches with extra Taylor ham through grub hub which the place delivers it . I don’t mind paying for stuff but the place was a rip off when I got the sandwiches I got 3 thin slices for each sandwich. I called back and they said that’s how it is through grub up . I asked what’s a regular order and they said it is a slice and a half . I payed like 7.50 a sandwich . I will never order from this place again . To pay that much for extra stuff which other places would make it at a regular order ."

"While exploring the city, I came across this gem of a restaurant, and it was truly fantastic! I ordered the California Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food came out quickly, and the sandwich was delicious. However, my favorite part had to be the fries—they were cooked to perfection, crispy, and just the way I like them. I absolutely loved them! Overall, I’m so glad I discovered this restaurant."
