"Last year, the owner, Gino, invited me for an interview. When I arrived, he wasn’t there, leaving me with no choice but to leave. A couple of weeks ago, I was invited for another interview, and once again, Gino was absent. I requested to speak with him over the phone, but the restaurant staff refused. After waiting for about 30 minutes, an employee told me to meet him at another restaurant. When I got there, Gino barely acknowledged me he didn’t respond to my greeting or say goodbye after our brief meeting. He seems to act superior, probably showing respect only to his customers who pay. This behavior lacks professionalism and respect. But if you know him as a nice person, now you know he has two sides of a coin."
