"We had incredibly high expectations for this restaurant. We ordered a filet mignon, a dry-aged Delmonico steak, a lobster tail, and a side of mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, both steaks were served cold, and we couldn’t detect any of the expected dry-aged flavor; we even questioned whether it was truly dry-aged. The lobster tail was also cold and had a rubbery texture. With our bill exceeding $300, we expected significantly higher quality, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. Honestly, I would not return to this place. It’s disappointing that STK seems to lack a quality assurance process to guarantee the standard of their food."
