I asked about the meat quality of the filet mignon said that it is very delicate high quality. a 7 ounce steak was $32. I ordered this and without exaggeration it was so difficult to cut fibrous not eaten it will never trust their advice again. so, recap: prices up and quality down. limited selection of the waitress was responsible (except the meat recommendation) and left her a big tipp. I thought it wasn't her fault. sam snead’s was always a safe bet here, but the management seems to be satisfied that it is a place to offer hilton patronen a burger. I would like to see how they rise up the quality of the old snead."
