"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"Food was excellent. Interior and exterior needs some updating to appear better kept and clean. You can have the ambience with the medieval theme, but general updating needs to happen like chair upholstery and tablecloths and bathrooms which will better justify the prices. Our server was attentive, but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke which hinders the senses from enjoying the smell of the food."
