I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent experience with Chirping Chicken restaurant. I placed an order through GrubHub, and here are the issues I encountered:
1. Last night, I received a call from someone at the restaurant who claimed they recognized my account and mentioned that I frequently cancel orders or request refunds. This is simply not accurate. I've checked my order history and have placed over 16 orders since September, with no issues that I can recall.
2. When I called back to clarify that they might have confused me with another customer, the person on the line seemed skeptical of my explanation.
3. After I had dinner, I unfortunately experienced severe diarrhea and felt quite ill in the early morning. I have never had this problem after eating before, and I suspect something may have been wrong with my food.
4. Given this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. The discomfort I felt this morning was unbearable. I typically don't write reviews, but I believe it's important for others to be aware of my experience with this restaurant. Whether it was the owner I spoke with or someone else, I have never been falsely accused like this before. As a loyal customer, I feel extremely let down and have now decided to take my business elsewhere.
I plan to share my experience on various review platforms to ensure that others are informed. Whatever happened with my meal was unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously.
