"We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. Our party consisted of five adults and a small child. Our drink orders were taken promptly, and we were quickly served salsa and chips. "We try our best to give this place a chance after constant bad service. It 's close to our house, but honestly I will never support this restaurant again. I just called to place an order for delivery, 2 tortas and 2 drinks, then the woman tells me that we are blocked from getting food delivered. And I 'm so confused and ask her why? Most of the time it 's the night shift women we have issues with. The only time we ever canceled an order was almost 2years ago.. we were coming back from from trip and ordered a bunch of tacos and drinks, I asked the woman how long it would take, she told me 30 mins. We got home and an hour passed by and we didn 't get our food. We live 5mins away so Icalled and asked why it was taking so long and we can just pick it up if the delivery guy was busy. This was in the evening and the woman got annoyed and yelled at me saying they were super busy and it was going to take a while. It wasabout 1hr and and half since we had called in the order.. we didn 't get more than 10 tacos. She proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and told her we didn 't want it any more. 10mins later the delivery guy came and I apologized tohim and told him he needs to tell the woman that sent him why she sent him because I had told her we canceled our order. BUT the weird thing is, we have ordered from them a few times after that, even though we try to avoid them.. "Horrible, very embarrassing experience. I took my Friends to Don Betos we will not ever return because it was the worst customer service experience ever. Jazmine was rude to the children, she did not smile once, she did not check on us. Jazmine had an attitude from the beginning to the end. Because of this I guarantee you won’t see us again. "So I’m changing my review finally. Because I finally food another Mexican restaurant that makes the guacamole for me a lot smaller and cheaper. First of all service here needs to be worked on. I think the waitresses got a little too comfortable with me because I was always coming everyday to eat here. Yes some stuff on their menu is good but not everything. I understand you want to make conversation and want to be cool with me because I was always coming but I’m just a customer coming to eat that’s it. Asking personal questions is a big NO. Secondly they’ve gotten so comfortable when I call to place a order they answer the phone saying want do u want I’m really busy… if you are busy then don’t answer the phone but to pick up the phone and say I’m busy want do you want Going forward this place is very expensive and not everything is good on the menu …when they service you water it’s warm and don’t add ice and if they do the put water first and then add the ice and warm still taste warm it should be add ice first then water. Also there water taste like start faucet water and they calm they have a filter for it. It’s disgusting so I don’t order water anymore or any drinks from here I just bring my own drinks now. Also , I can say this their guacamole is very good here but the down side is that they only do it one size and it’s a big size for 14$ very expensive and I don’t even Get to finish it because it’s to big … they don’t give you a option for a smaller one for cheaper .. so your stuck with paying for something to big and can’t finish . Orchata is kinda watery as well.their burrito de asada and chicken things toasda are very good and the ajillo shrimp dish is good but not everything on that menu is good. : this is Very pricy stop. "Wanted to check out something other than a buffet while in Vegas and found a gem. This place was off the strip, authentic, and super delicious. I was surprised the place wasn't packed on a Friday evenning. Maybe we got there too early. Anyways, I ordered the enchiladas suizas with a shredded beef taco on the side and my husband the chicken fajitas. Both dishes were excellent!. The green sauce on the enchiladas was superb. Creamy with a little heat. My taco was crispy even though I let it sit for a minute while I worked on my enchiladas and it was sooo good! The fajitas were to die for. I have never had such delicious chicken fajitas. The rice and beans were both on point. My margaritas were lemony how I like, and gave me a buzz. The place was clean, the waitress attentive, and there was good value for your buck. The chips and salsa were right on the money. My husband made a statement of how he was not going to let the salsa go to waste and poured it over his fajitas. When he asked for a spicy salsa they brought him two different house made salsas in two small bowls. He ate both joyfully. I will definitely be returning when I visit Las Vegas again. I can't wait to get my own chicken fajitas! The food was very memorable."

"this was our first time at this place, not almost as busy as the location on hall blvd. we had a reservation, but they didn't need it. our waiter came by quickly to begin and was attentive during our visit. they brought the children for the first time what I know to some is fantastic, but we don't really like that. our children are a little older, so they don't have to eat first. "This restaurant never stops surprising me. They were not here in 2 years because of the Darn Pandemie, but recently visited again for a date night. Of course, if inflation and prices are higher, their menu options had a slight price increase, but still worth every penny. I ordered the Tacos Dorados de Pescado plate, which tastes rice, beans and 3 hard shell fish tacos with her kohlslaw, guacamole and chipotle sauce???????????? In the mouth literally heaven. I asked for a side of her ala diabla sauce, which is a must to go with my tacos. All about this dish, was spot on tasty. Flavors were amazing and the portions great. It can fill out for some, but hey at least you can have some left bank transfers to take home. My husband ordered her Pescado ala Diabla plate, which smashes a large fillet of fish into ala diabla sauce, along with some rice, beans and tortillas. When I say that was the best tasting fish I've ever had, I feel like an understatement! The fish had such a delicate and buttery feeling, it with an explosion of tasteful diabela sauce that was an orgasm in my mouth to put it easily! I regret not to order this! "As soon as we entered, we stood in the entryway while three staff members chatted among themselves for about two minutes. After being seated in the beautifully decorated bar area, we thought it might turn out to be a great experience. The salsa and chips were enjoyable, but things took a turn for the worse after that. In order to get more salsa or our bill, we had to walk into the restaurant to find someone to help us.
