"I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and received something completely different. When I called to complain, they hung up on me. The second time I called, I was told I had to wait for the delivery guy to finish all his deliveries before anyone would look into the issue with my food. Frustrated, I decided to go there myself. The woman looked at the sandwich and said it was a Cuban sandwich. That dark substance certainly does not look like a Cuban! It was disgusting and seemed like old, rotten meat. This is spoiled; it’s definitely not ham, and it’s certainly not a Cuban sandwich either! I've been eating here for over 10 years without any issues, but today was a total disaster!"
