"Unfortunately, the service continued to be poor. The waiter was dismissive, and our food order came out wrong, which was frustrating. My husband brought it up, and while the waiter said he would fix it, I encouraged my husband to let it go. I was concerned about how they might treat the replacement dish, given the waiter’s attitude. Throughout the meal, the waiter continued to ignore us and exhibit rudeness, which really tarnished our dining experience in Casey, IL.
We ended up paying for our meal without leaving a tip, as we felt the waiter did not deserve one. As an interracial couple, we remain hopeful that this was not the reason for the poor treatment we received. After leaving the restaurant, we decided to go for ice cream and continued to enjoy our day despite the disappointing experience at Cilantros Grill."
