"I've visited this location over 50 times in the past few years, and it keeps getting worse. They're increasingly understaffed, leading to longer wait times. Now you can only place orders through a touchscreen or the BYU app, which doesn't allow for customizations like removing cherries from milkshakes. During my last visit, I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake, and by the time I received it, it was completely melted. They wouldn't remake it for me and didn't have any spoons available. I would not recommend dining at this location."

"I wouldn't recommend ordering ahead here. They won't begin preparing your food until you arrive and check in personally. Then, they'll claim it's ready right away, but it won't actually be made until you go up and ask for it, which can take around 40 minutes. "Stopped at the location in Ruston LA. Interesting remodel due to covid. Half of restaurant had an outside walk up service. Order at an outside window and pickup, tables outside and restrooms where accessed from outside only. Ordered breakfast chicken nugget biscuits meal. Chicken was slightly over cooked which is first time I've ever had anything from this restaurant over cooked before. Everything else, hashbrowns and cold brew coffee was good."
