"Book a reservation at 8 pm for a Valentine's Day dinner. This was my first experience to eat in this upscale Italian restaurant. Usually I would write a long and eloquent review of places I visit. However, I have my expectations with the knowledge that it is highest hour on this Valentine's Day evening. The atmosphere is warm and stylish. Needless to say, our reservation time has not been honored. After 40 minutes waiting and a trip to the hostess, we finally made it to our table at 8:45. The bartender, made a delicious martini and they even had filled blue cheese olives. A word of advice, perhaps the management should consider this fine liberation to serve with a spear. Fishing the delicious olives with my fork seemed more like a trip to “Applebe’s” than a fine dining environment. The bartender composed our drinks for the waiting period that helped to take off the edge. As soon as we made it on our table, we received a basket of bread which was quite inspiring, but the olive oil was pleasant. We waited what seemed to be an eternity for our server to take our order. But all in all, the offers were delicious, the wine selection is excellent and the server was friendly and attentive. I will return to a less hectic occasion and hopefully have a better chance to be impressed."
