"Overall, La Famiglia is a good place to visit for a good meal and we will be going back soon. Pros: The peach cheese and tagliolini seafood appetizers were both excellent; The bread served before the meal was warm with just the right amount of soft inside and crusty outside. The brushetta served before the meal was some of the best I 've had. The penne prosciutto and Filet entree 's were just the right mix of al dente pasta and tasty, medium rare, meats; And the lemonciello dessert cake was to die for! And while one of the reviews I saw thought the 'bible ' size wine list was a reason to give this place a bad review, we appreciate good wines and were very impressed with the sheer 'size ' of the wine list. Cons: The room volume level was unexpectedly just a bit on the louder side; we kind of prefer one or two servers, and on this occasion, we couldn 't keep track of who was actually responsible for our table; That probably contributed to service being just a tad bit on the slower side (i came here many years ago and the server literally wouldn 't let my glass get half empty before refilling it, so the bar was set high from that previous experience; unfortunately, that didn 't happen on this occasion); The Filet, while done to a wonderful medium rare and quite flavorful, came across with a slight hint that the meat might have been previously frozen and thawed and not actually full on fresh. It 's worth noting, though, that NONE of the cons here are convincing enough, in our opinion, to prevent anyone from coming to La Famiglia. It was a wonderful meal and we 'd certainly recommend it to others."

"OH MY STARS!! Was this ever a diamond in the rough! I must have passed by here a zillion times and not noticed an amazing restaurant humbledly tucked on Washington, just west of Eastern. My good friend and her family live around the bend and they hadn't heard or seen this place either. We are always looking for good places to try and it took me fumbling on yelp to come across it and I did a double take because I couldn't believe this was coming up as a opened restaurant, patio/outdoor seating, and the pictures and reviews had me intrigued. I sent the page info to my friend and she was in shock. I called on a Saturday but was discouraged not getting through. We got n our hopes up we though. I tried the next day and voila! Confirmed so we made plans to try it and if we didn't feel the vibe we had plan b in mind. ? ? No plan b z needed! We were in love from just pulling into the parking lot. We loved the outdoor setup, the soothing music and the food being carried out matching pictures we had seen. With our masks on we LOVED the measures the staff took for following COVID 19 regulations. The staff was overwhelmingly charming, going above and beyond to make you/us welcome. The temporary, condensed menu was amped with absolutely everything sounding so great ... the prices had us fo a double take because it was such a breath of fresh air to not see menu prices actually were unbelievably affordable. We each had felt like having some vino with whatever we ordered and oh my goodness were we treated like royalty sampling until we found what was suitable and they were all delicious. The staff so accommodating, brought out the infamous garlic bread I had read about in reviews O. M. G. ?. We've all had garlic bread at some point but this was beyond delicious. I didn't even have to ask for balsamic vinegar and olive oil they brought it out ?. Between 3 of us we ordered Fettucini Ai Funghi Porcini Con Capesante E Gamberi, Linguini Alle Vongole, and Fettucini Alfredo with spinach and chicken oh my goodness!!! Fresh, ample, savory, incredible. We split a tiramisu that was absolutely divine! We were all in love ? ? ? ????????. Simply bliss! Congratulations to the owner and staff for this gem of a restaurant. To know this menu is the temporary condensed version of their full menu, I am speechless. Everyone around us ordered different dishes and we were star struck ?. Clean, quaint, absolutely a winner. Will we be back? Uhh yeah!"

"Cafe Bello came through! A great experience as we could not have a normal Christmas this year due to family being ill. My wife and I stayed home all weekend and today we decided to order in using a gift certificate we had for Cafe Bello, and even with staffing shortages, they were very polite, honest and informed us it may take longer than normal for delivery. I understood all of this considering the situation we are all currently in. The fact that they took the time to go the extra step for my wife and I to deliver (we are trying to social distance to prevent getting sick) they did exceptionally well with all the food, great portion sizes and food was delicious! I added some photos to show just some of what was ordered, and even the cool silverware rollups they sent. The only real issue that took place is when we received a call saying they ran out of teramisu and would substitute it. I accepted the chocolate cake instead, again understanding that this type of thing happens and I was pleased with the fact they even called to let me know versus not informing me and just not receiving anything. I greatly appreciate everything the staff has done to make sure we received our meal. Original time expected before delivered was set to 1 hour at least, we received our food about 35 minutes after my initial phone call. Thank you everyone for making today a great day for me and my wife, it truly is a special one. Appreciate all the effort! Have a great holiday season and have a Happy Safe New Year 2022! May this be the year Covid R.I.P. 's Permanently and we can get back to normal soon!"
