"After waiting for about 10 minutes without seeing a server, I flagged down the hostess again and asked her to send someone over since we hadn’t been attended to. She approached the server, who seemed completely uninterested in his job, yet he still didn’t visit our table. After another 5 minutes of waiting without any service, I went to find the manager since we hadn’t even received water after 15 minutes. He came over, visibly unimpressed, rolled his eyes, and slowly went to get our waters. Once he was involved, we finally had another server come over to take our orders.
To make matters worse, our drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant being only about half full and having plenty of staff available, so that wasn’t the issue. By the 25-minute mark, we finally got our first drink and quickly placed our orders, unsure of how much longer we’d be waiting.
The food itself was average at best, definitely not up to the standard I expected, especially considering the prices. To top it all off, the manager never even stopped by to apologize for our experience, which indicates that his leadership might be at the root of the poor service here. Overall, this will be the last time we dine at this establishment due to the AWFUL SERVICE.
The only positive note about this experience was an older gentleman who worked there. He was clearly working hard and outperformed everyone else. He was the oldest team member and definitely stood out as a true asset. His efforts are the only reason I didn't rate this experience as a 1-star review."
