"Looking for vegan options outside Portland itself is hit or miss best. I'm sure there are some great places. Good vegan pizza was MIA here. Until we found 48 North in Tigard. When I called about which vegan cheese they use (it is Follow your Heart) the person on the phone could not have been more nice and informative. A big plus. We have a few pizzas to try (over the border and Greek). The crust is thin, chewing and exactly the right amount to crust. Point number two. Toppings were just the right amount and well mixed with the delicious sauce. Three points. The winner was how the cheese was added. Non-overwhelming amounts (missed many when using vegan cheese on pizza) and completely melted. Ring in the fourth point. In a word, delicious. So good, I wish HC would allow me to give them a full 5 start, this restaurant deserves it. They offer vegan wings and other delicious sounding options that we will certainly try."
