"The food was awful. I always loved Chevy's, but this is enough to keep me out of there for good. The salsa was amazing as always, the Margherita was tasty, but not $11 tasty for a regular size drink. My tortilla soup required a ton of salt to give it any taste at all. The chili rellino was soggy. The rice was tasteless. This meal cost me $36. Not worth it at all. Not worth $5. My daughter's chicken was so dried out I could see it from across the table. She ate less than half of her meal and declined to take it home with her. When I told the server my daughter was not eating her meal because she did not like it, she just acted like it didn't happen. I didn't bother to mention how bad mine was. The only thing my daughter liked was the fried ice cream. It was the only thing she ate. Her meal cost her $26. I don't know what happened to this place. We used to make special trips up from where we live just to go here. We won't be doing that anymore. Gross"

"I stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday while driving around to view the fall foliage. I ordered the Grande Loaded Nachos with beef, and they were the best nachos I’ve ever had! "The food was amazing! The omelet was topped with spinach that had a unique texture, being both soft and crunchy at the same time—I've never had anything quite like it before; it was so delicious! The service was fantastic as well. I believe our server's name was Cody, and we also interacted with Heather and the manager, all of whom provided very positive experiences. "I really do love this place. Nestled inside The Marriott in Downtown Jacksonville (formally the Omni) is this sweet place called Juliette’s. I have watched this establishment go from a 4 star high end feasting delight to a run of the mill typical hotel eatery and back again. I really enjoyed our pricey but worth it meal before a show with my family. The waitress was green … but helpful and willing to try. I knocked it down to 4 stars for two reasons. First we arrived about 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to sit in the bar area and enjoy a drink until the restaurant opened. I say this as I had almost made earlier reservations from their app and if I had we would have still been standing in front of their door. Second my daughter has a strawberry allergy and mentioned this before ordering to our server. She wrote in all caps no strawberries and her meal was served with.. strawberries. Her meal had to be returned and remade (which we believe they did so cudos to them) and we had to eat our hot food in front of her. The Crispy Skin Salmon was noteworthy and worth returning just for that!"

"Our first time. Unfortunately hostess was rude which wasn’t a good start. She initially went to seat us on the patio, being cold and wet we requested a table inside. Then she tried to seat us at a hightop. We asked for a regular table. She said those were reserved for people with reservations. We pointed out we actually in fact had a reservation ourselves not to mention place was empty. Marching us back to the hostess stand. With attitude she finally sat us at a booth which we requested when we first walked in the door. Throughout the dinner we noticed her doing the exact same thing to five more couples. And instead of just seating them at an alternative table she made a big deal walking them all the way back to the hostess stand. Making them wait while she typed on computer screen. Same thing she did to us. Meanwhile another hostess sat people that came in after. Our server was great and food delicious but tone was already set. Bummer."
