"It 's amazing that with limited places to eat in Charleston that one of several locations either can 't answer their phone or it takes four or more efforts repeating your order every time!!! I 've tolerated this every time I 've placed orders. The order was apparently too complicated: order for three combo hamburgers, two fries, one onion ring, two regular hamburgers, one with four items, one add two items, and one large with everything! With combo add two Cokes and one Dr. pepper! Four plus times I have repeated the order and additionally every time the order wasn 't ready by the time they said to make the pickup. The burgers are good, BUT, the service sucks!!! Sad!!"
