"The service for seniors at this restaurant is appalling! My mother-in-law receives daily meals as part of an elderly benefit program, but the quality of the food is unacceptable—it's almost abusive. The chicken is often undercooked while other meats are burnt. They send a menu but don’t actually provide what you’ve ordered; instead, they just send whatever they feel like. When you try to voice a complaint, it feels like nobody takes you seriously, and instead, they laugh it off. Their response to complaints is essentially, “You can leave if you want; we have over 1600 other locations.” My mother-in-law is fortunate that we check her meals, but I truly feel sorry for the other seniors who either can’t complain or have no other options and are forced to eat this subpar food. It’s alarming to think that someone could get seriously sick from food poisoning. We’ve reported this issue to our social worker, and I hope something changes as a result."
