"It’s truly a shame with this Upscaled Hotel Dining that was left short. Waiter was not trained enough. Barely spoke other than taking our order. Took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Let’s point out, it was not busy with 3 bartenders on. As for the food, it was mediocre at best and the price you paid for it was nuts. Clearly this hotel restaurant should do an overhaul of training about service times from start to finish. I have been in the business for 10 years , this was disappointing."
