"This was my second time dining here with my friend. Upon a bad first experience (our food was incredibly salty and the customer service was poor), we decided to try them out a second time, as inexpensive Indian restaurants are few and far between. Immediately after we sat down, we noticed a difference between how the servers treated my friend and me. I am African American and my friend is white-passing. They continuously placed all of the dishes on her side of the table. I can’t even comment on their customer service, as it was practically non-existent. After my friend paid the bill, we left and went our separate ways. I was almost two blocks away from the restaurant and in another establishment, when I saw a man waving at me through the window. It was an employee from the restaurant. He accused me of not paying, however, as I mentioned, I wasn’t even the one who had paid for our lunch. Furthermore, my friend was given a receipt after they presumably charged her card. I told him that my friend had already left, however, he made it clear to me that he was not going to leave. I came back to the restaurant and paid for my meal. My friend checked her bank account and the server did not charge her card, however, to track me down and insinuate that I had intentionally left without paying, is absolutely unacceptable. The bill was $38 in total. Please spare yourselves the trouble and dine somewhere else. I recommend New Dehli Palace, across the street."

"Solid North Indian dishes for buffet, and you can taste a lot more of the lighter spices herbs than in most other Indian food restaurants' food. My go-tos are dal, saag, butter chicken sauce on tandoori chicken, with naan. I've never had hot kheer rice pudding, but it's a nice dessert after the buffet. One thing I would suggest is to put a bit more chicken pieces into the butter chicken. It's mostly sauce so I compensate by throwing that over tandoori chicken."

"Me and my family have been eating at this restaurant ever since we moved into this area five years ago. My daughter absolutely ADORES their Biriyani and it’s became a comfort food to her as she grows up. However, there has been a recent plummet in the service and food quality at this branch. We’ve eaten at other branches and none of them seem to be having this problem. First, the food’s edibility fluctuates every day. One day, it’ll be okay, and the next, it’ll be the most horrendous concoction of white rice and flavorless rubber-like lumps that they call chicken. Pray that when you order, it won’t be on a bad day. Sometimes it’s so bad that my daughter (who would probably eat their biriyani for every meal of the every day) begged that we would stop going to the branch. Also, their staff is sometimes unfriendly and unenthusiastic. I get it, it’s not an easy job. Most of them seem to be students and juggling work with a new country AND school is a difficult feat. But some of their workers are borderline disrespectful, showing favoritism to groups that are from their home state or have something in common with them. Please, just fix your management so we can go out for a nice meal."

"I've never had bad Indian food in my life until today. I have tried many different Indian restaurants, and while some are more delicious than others, it was never disappointed. Indian food is always good. that wasn't. I ordered chicken tikka masala and what I got, not even slightly resemble any tikka masala I ever had. it was bright yellow and completely tasteless. I had tikka masala sauce from a glass that was 50x better than that. I can't find out if they gave me the wrong court, or if this is just the worst tikka masala that ever exists. Portions are kind of small. two stars instead of 1 because the mango leti only redeems something about this whole order."

"This restaurant serves amazing food! After visiting from NYC, where there are countless dining options, I struggled to find a flavorful Indian restaurant that reminded me of home until I discovered this gem. The flavors are outstanding, and I can't resist ordering the biryani, butter chicken, and delicious naan every time. I've tried many places, but I would rank this as the best in North Texas. If you're in Frisco or Plano, you should definitely check it out. I've been coming here weekly ever since. 5 STARS!"

"order online via the website of the restaurants listed here in Google search. the post said they'll notify me as soon as the food is ready. after 45 minutes no answer was received. I tried to call a few times, no one chose the call. So went to the restaurant. there was no one. After he cleaned the bell a few times, someone came out and he said they don't accept online orders. but I said her website has taken order and calculated my credit card. he went in and came back after a few minutes and said owner is not accept online order and asked me to call the number in the post. I always called and nobody reacted. after some time, this person recommended to go out and talk to the owner of the kitchen entrance. when I went there, the person there (maybe own) started screaming, and said I shouldn't come out of the kitchen entry that was far open! and I said the person from the lobby asked me to do this, and he began to shout his hired also. he asked to come back to the lobby. there he denied that an online order was placed. after a quantity retaliation, he accepted that an order was placed and they received money for it. it was up to an hour. they had none of the ordered items. they had to change what they have! it was really stressful! I would never go back and would not recommend anyone to go there unless they want to go through a war for this average food."

"1 star review and it is entirely deserved. We placed our order a little before 6pm, and were informed it would be ready around 6:35. We arrived around 6:40, expecting our order to be ready, or ready soon. We waited in their restaurant for almost an hour, constantly being told that our order would be ready in 10 minutes, which could not be further from the truth. We eventually left, after waiting more than an hour for our food. They had no interest in our satisfaction as customers, and only cared about ensuring that money went in their pocket. DO NOT PRE-PAY OR ORDER ONLINE. After we canceled our order, they called us operating under the assumption that we had pre-payed, when in fact we called and never paid a dime. If you use their online ordering and there is a wait, expect your order to be continuously delayed through the evening. The food may be excellent, but I doubt that it is good enough to justify the wait time and terrible customer service."

"While staying in the Pittsburgh area a lot over the past year, I've been trying many different places... I love really good Pakistani food, and am not nearly as fond of Indian food, but I came here one night for dinner and absolutely appreciated the owner's service, as well as the food they make here! I tried several things: Vegetable Pakora These unfortunately were sent back because they were slightly over done, but they apologized sincerely for that and removed them from the bill. Vegetable Biryanni Absolutely Excellent! Nice and spicy and loaded with robust, authentic flavors!! This paired with their raita was amazing!!! And wow, was it spicy!! Keema Muttar This was decent, but was a little saucier than I prefer (and than I'm used to). The flavors were excellent! The meat was lamb and there was the slight flavor of that. But overall, it was a decent dish. Bullet Naan I've never heard of this, so I had to try it, especially since it's made with green pepper and supposedly spicy. It was definitely spicy, but their naan was very thin. I actually prefer it thin, so I don't get filled up on bread. The only issues I've got is I eat in the traditional way, with my hands and in order to do so, you fold the naan or roti in half and then break off a piece Well, many of these places cut it into quarters which limits ow you can break off pieces. The other huge gripe I have is that they add ghee or butter to it, thus making it a greasy mess. Aside from those issues, it tasted great. Roti This resembled the bullet naan, but without spices, but with so much greasiness, the last slice was completely soaked and oily. The flavor was decent though. Lastly, He offered me mango lassi and I've not had lassi in probably 35 years, when I was last in Pakistan.... This lassi was very tasty and you could see and taste the fresh mango in it. Overall, this is my favorite Indian restaurant in the Pittsburgh area so far... I've tried several, but they do it the most authentic and best here. I'd definitely suggest it for those seeking some really good, authentic flavors. I'll be back!"

"I unfortunately had to seek urgent care recently, and during my visits to this facility, I've come to believe it should serve as a model for all medical practices. The staff is efficient, professional, and friendly. Right from the start, you’re greeted with a warm “good afternoon, how can we help you?” and they quickly address your reasons for being there. Before you’ve even completed the online check-in, you’ll find yourself in an examination room, where a physician assistant promptly arrives to assess your condition. Shortly after, the doctor comes in to discuss your medical needs. This medical office truly operates smoothly and effectively. While I hope I won't need urgent care anytime soon, I would definitely return to this facility if the need arises."

"Delicious food at a fair price. The layout is that of a nice bistro, not a typical strip mall, with pleasant decor and tablecloths. I live close by and the whole process from order to returning home was less than 30 minutes at noon on Sunday. I even enjoyed the videos and music while waiting. I home to drop in often for lunch.For parents, it's right between Urban Air and Stampede Sports.Parking: Enormous parking lot, but it's hard to go west or south with the two busy roads. This is a factor totally beyond the control of the owner."

"Overall, the taste was not great at this restaurant. We ordered Paneer Manchurian, which was decent, Veg Manchurian that was a bit too sweet, and Egg Kuthu Parota, which was not good and too spicy. The Kadai Paneer and Garlic Naan were decent, but the Vijayawada Egg Dum Biryani with added veggies was not to my liking, although the taste was okay. The Egg Dum Biryani with added veggies was also just okay. However, the Vijayawada Chicken Biryani was good."

"I've ordered from Cool Mirchi multiple times and have also dined in at the restaurant. The food is outstanding! The weekend special of Naatu Kodhi Biryani and Gongura Mutton is absolutely perfect. Their mutton (goat) biryani is incredibly delicious—just a bit spicy but so flavorful. I appreciated that they accommodated my request for half tray items on the same day. The Sunday buffet is definitely worth it, offering a nice variety of dishes; however, it tends to get very crowded. They really need to expand the restaurant and add more seating. The ambiance could use a little updating as well. When we visited with a group, it felt chaotic. We had to constantly shuffle to let people squeeze into the seats behind us, which was quite uncomfortable. On quieter days, the service is better. The food may take a little longer to arrive, but it’s definitely worth the wait due to its deliciousness."
